专利说明:

The invention relates to a carriage, in particular a golf cart, comprising a bottom frame, the bottom frame having a first transverse frame member and a longitudinal frame member, a first and a second rear wheel, wherein the first and second rear wheels are connected to opposite ends of the first transverse frame member, a first front wheel is attached to the floor frame, a support frame is fixed to the floor frame, a folding mechanism for transferring the support frame from a carrying position to a folded position, and a folding mechanism for folding the first and second rear wheels and the first front wheel from a driving position to a stowed position, wherein the Folding mechanism has a first and second rear wheel holder which pivotally connects the first and second rear wheels to the opposite ends of the first transverse frame member, the folding mechanism further having a first sliding block for sliding along the longitudinal frame member, e a first guide unit connecting the first slide block to the first rear wheel holder; and a second guide unit connecting the first slide block to the second rear wheel holder, the folding mechanism further comprising a connection member connecting the support frame to the first slide block, the folding mechanism further a first front wheel holder, wherein the first front wheel holder pivotally connects the first front wheel to the floor frame, the folding mechanism further comprises a third guide unit for guiding the first front wheel holder.
The prior art has a large number of manually operated cars, such as golf carts, which can be folded into a compact position when not in use. For example, US 2011/285111 A1 and GB 2474733 A disclose a collapsible handcart having a lower frame having a rear axle with two rear wheels and a front axle with a front wheel. A handle bar, which is vertical when the trolley is in use, is pivotably connected to the frame on the rear axle, with the handle bar being pivoted in the direction of the frame when the trolley is folded. In this case, the rear axle is pivoted forward and in the direction of the frame, in addition, the front wheel is pivoted in the direction of the top of the frame.
WO 2012/094955 A1 discloses a golf trolley with four wheels and a folding mechanism, wherein when folding a rear axle of the golf trolley with rear wheels arranged thereon are pivoted in the direction of a central frame. In addition, a front axle with front wheels arranged thereon is pivoted upward along the central frame, in the direction of a handle bar, by means of the folding mechanism.
WO 2010/022216 A2 shows a trolley for golf bags, in which a rear axle is mounted longitudinally displaceably on a lower frame. If the trolley is folded, the rear axle, which has rear wheels, moves along the frame in the direction of a rigid front axle, wherein the rear axle is also pivoted in the direction of the frame.
WO 2015/018898 A1 discloses a three-wheeled transport cart for a golf bag with a first elongate frame part and a second elongate frame part, which can be pivoted against each other. At the front end of the second frame part, a front wheel is pivotally mounted via a Radhaltelasche. Two rear wheels are hinged to a cross member in the area between the first and second frame members. The known folding mechanism further includes guide arms between the bearings of the rear wheels and the frame. It is a disadvantage of this prior art that the rear and front wheels must be stowed separately.
CN 204337672 U proposes a golf cart which has a separate folding mechanism for the rear wheels and the front wheel. The rear wheel folding mechanism is designed to fold the rear wheels flat on the frame when an upper frame is pivoted down to a lower frame. For this purpose, a first guide arm connects the upper frame to the lower frame. A second guide arm connects the slide block with the rear wheels. In this way, the pivoting of the upper frame causes the sliding block to slide along the lower frame, so that the second guide arm pulls the rear wheels inward. However, in this prior art, the front wheel must be stored separately.
The aim of the present invention is to alleviate at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a car as initially mentioned with a simple, reliable folding mechanism which facilitates stowage of the rear and front wheels when the cart is not in use.
According to the invention, the folding mechanism further includes a longitudinal link arm connecting the first slide block to the third guide unit for the first front wheel holder.
Therefore, in the invention, the support frame is transferable from a support position in which the support frame protrudes upward from the floor frame into the folded position in which the support frame is disposed adjacent to the floor frame. The movement of the support frame is transmitted to the connecting member which moves the first slide block along the longitudinal frame member of the floor frame. The sliding movement of the first sliding block is transmitted to the first and second guide unit for folding in the first rear wheel holder with the first rear wheel and the second rear wheel holder with the second rear wheel inwards. Preferably, the rear wheels pivot about an angle of about 90 degrees between the drive and stowed positions about axes that are substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the carriage (which is the direction of straight travel of the carriage in the driving position). In the stowed position, the first and second rear wheels are preferably arranged substantially parallel to the main plane of the floor frame. In the invention, the sliding movement of the first sliding block is further transmitted to the third guide unit for the first front wheel holder via the longitudinal connecting arm such that the first and second rear wheels and the first front wheel simultaneously move to the stowed position by moving the supporting frame from the carrying position (ie, the use position ) are folded into the folded position (ie, the non-use position). Preferably, the third guide unit is arranged to pivot the first front wheel holder with the first front wheel through an angle of approximately 90 degrees between the driving and stowed positions about an axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the carriage. The folding mechanism provided by the invention is particularly simple, stable and lightweight. In particular, the stowage of the rear and front wheels can be accelerated. This folding and folding mechanism is preferably applied to a golf cart having at least a first receiving element on the support frame for attaching a golf bag. A second receiving element may be arranged on the bottom frame. Furthermore, a handle for pushing or pulling the golf cart may be attached to the support frame. For the purposes of this disclosure, any reference to positions or directions with respect to the device of the carriage in normal use will be given with the rear and front wheels in contact with a horizontal floor.
In a preferred embodiment, the first front wheel and a second front wheel are connected to opposite ends of a second transverse frame member, the folding mechanism including a second front wheel holder, the first and second front wheel holders pivotally connecting the first and second front wheels, respectively, to opposite ends of the second transverse frame member wherein the folding mechanism further includes a fourth guide unit for guiding the second front wheel holder, the longitudinal link arm connecting the first slide block to the third and fourth guide units, respectively.
In this embodiment, the carriage has first and second front wheels. The first and second front wheels are secured to the first and second front wheel holders, respectively, which are pivotally mounted to opposite ends of the second or front transverse frame member. Preferably, each first and second front wheel holder is pivotable about a substantially horizontal axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the carriage. In the stowed position, the first and second rear wheels and the first and second front wheels are arranged substantially horizontally on the underside of the floor frame. When the support or upper frame is transferred from the carrying position to the folded position, the connecting element moves the first slide block forward. The movement of the first slide block, which is preferably linear, is transmitted to the first and second guide units for guiding the first and second rear wheel holders, respectively, from the drive position to the stowed position. At the same time, the first sliding block moves the longitudinal connecting arm forward, preferably substantially in the direction of the longitudinal frame element. The movement of the longitudinal link arm with respect to the floor frame is transmitted to the third and fourth guide units for guiding the pivotal movement of the first and second front wheels from the drive to the stowed position. In this way, folding the support frame from the carrying position in which the support frame can hold a golf bag into the folded position where the support frame is stowed on the floor frame simultaneously folds the rear and front wheels inward. In this way, placing the carriage in a compact transport position is made particularly easy and fast. In particular, it is not necessary to stow the rear and front wheels separately.
In a preferred embodiment, the longitudinal connection arm of the folding mechanism is arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal frame element, preferably on the underside thereof, wherein the connection arm can preferably be moved substantially longitudinally relative to the longitudinal frame element. This construction is particularly simple, lightweight and ensures easy operation. Preferably, the longitudinal connecting arm is immovably connected to the first sliding block such that linear movement of the sliding block results in equivalent linear movement of the longitudinal connecting arm with respect to the longitudinal frame member. The longitudinal connection arm connects to the first and second front wheel holders via the third and fourth guide units. In view of an efficient transmission of force is preferred when the longitudinal connection arm is substantially rectilinear, wherein the longitudinal axis thereof is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal frame member. To obtain a lightweight construction, the longitudinal connection arm may be a hollow profile element.
In a preferred embodiment, the first guide unit includes a second slide block for sliding along a first portion of the first transverse frame member, the second guide unit including a third slide block for sliding along a second portion of the first transverse frame member. Therefore, in this embodiment, the longitudinal movement of the first sliding block is transmitted in transverse movements of the second and third sliding block. The third and fourth guide units are further configured to convert the transverse movements of the second and third slide blocks into pivotal movements of the first and second rear wheel holders, respectively. For the purpose of converting the longitudinal movement of the first slide block into the transverse movement of the second and third slide block, it is preferred if the first guide unit includes a first pivot arm connecting the first slide block on the longitudinal frame member to the second slide block on the first transverse frame member, the second guide unit includes a second pivot arm connecting the first slide block on the longitudinal frame member to the third slide block on the first transverse frame member. Preferably, the opposite ends of the first and second pivot arms are pivotally connected to the first slide block and the second and third slide blocks, respectively. The pivot axes of the first and second pivot arms preferably extend substantially perpendicularly. For the purpose of converting the transverse movement of the second and third slide blocks into the pivotal movement of the first and second rear wheel holders respectively, it is preferred that the first guide unit includes a first pivot arm connecting the second slide block to the first rear wheel holder and the second guide unit includes a second pivot arm that connects the third slide block to the second rear wheel holder. The pivot axes of the first and second pivot arms preferably extend substantially horizontally in the longitudinal direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the third guide unit includes a fourth slide block for sliding along a first portion of the second transverse frame member, the fourth guide unit including a fifth slide block for sliding along a second portion of the second transverse frame member. Preferably, the function and arrangement of the fourth and fifth slide blocks on the second or front transverse frame member is equivalent to the second and third slide blocks on the first or rear transverse frame members, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment, the third guide unit includes a third pivot arm connecting a bracket on the longitudinal link arm to the fourth slide block on the second transverse frame member, the fourth guide unit including a fourth pivot arm connecting the bracket on the longitudinal link arm to the fifth slide block on the second cross frame member. Preferably, the function and arrangement of the third and fourth pivot arms are equivalent to those of the first and second pivot arms, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment, the third guide unit includes a third swing arm connecting the fourth slide block to the first front wheel holder, the fourth guide unit including a fourth swing arm connecting the fifth slide block to the second front wheel holder. Preferably, the function and arrangement of the third and fourth pivot arms are equivalent to those of the first and second pivot arms, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment, at least one of the first, second, third or fourth pivot arm is substantially U-shaped. In plan view, preferably all of the first, second, third and fourth pivot arms are substantially U-shaped. This structure facilitates the transmission of the sliding movement of the first sliding block.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting member includes a pivot arm, opposite ends of the pivot arm being pivotally connected to the support frame and the first slide block, respectively. The pivot axes of the rotary arm preferably extend substantially horizontally in the transverse direction.
In a preferred embodiment, a sleeve member having an opening for passing through the longitudinal connecting arm is mounted thereon by the same, preferably adjacent to the second transverse frame member. By means of the sleeve member of the Längsverbindungsarm is guided in its movement when the folding mechanism is activated.
In a preferred embodiment, the support frame includes a Längstragrahmenelement, wherein the Längstragrahmenelement to a
Transverse pivot axis between the carrying position and the folded position is pivotable. In the carrying position, the longitudinal support frame element preferably extends substantially vertically upwards from the floor frame.
In a preferred embodiment, a handle, in particular a push handle, is pivotally connected to the longitudinal support frame element.
By way of example, the invention will be further explained with reference to a preferred embodiment shown in the drawings.
